There really is an awful lot wrong with this show at the moment but the latest is Cheryl's insipid and frankly pathetic judging. If she's not saying something sweet and patronising about the tuneless and useless Lloyd,then she's saying some blatant untruths about the other contestants,notably Danyl last night or looking at Simon for approval after another inane comment like some puppy dog. All this nonsense about her being some kind of national treasure is ridiculous,she becomes more annoying everytime she appears on a TV screen including that truly dreadful attempt at sincerity on Children in Need the other evening.The only judge who has been at least credible so far is Danni and who would have thought that a couple of months ago.
As for the remaining contestants (I no longer have a favourite now Jamie has gone) Joe is the best but his talents would definitely suit a career in the world of musicals rather than try and forge a career as another sugar coated teen popstar.
Stacy can sing but is an immediate turn off as soon as she speaks, how on earth would she ever be able to conduct an interview sounding like an adult rather than a giddy infant should she be fortunate enough to win??
Olly is just an average singer who makes me want to kick him through the TV screen everytime he appears with that stupid grin confident in the knowledge it's only a matter of time til he sells out Knebworth just like Robbie........the misguided fool.
Danyl doesn't do it for me but would like him to stay just to get that cretinous Louis Walsh even more apoplectic.How is it Walsh thinks anyone takes his opinion seriously when his criticisms of anyone who can sing in tune are countered by his pathetic 'they're fffffffuuuuunnn and it's what the public want....' proclaimations about the tripe that is in his own young boy act,although he definitely has a thing for Lloyd too........
Don't think any of us will be too bothered or surprised by tonight's results but it really would be brilliant if totally **** Lloyd and Irish pair made the final and Cheryl had to find her Mojo again and decide who really was the crappest.
